As the creator of the privately-owned corporate rental Niche in Las Vegas, Executive Locations draws upon its many years of experience and refinement in this market. Appealing to the discriminating taste of business-class clientele makes it absolutely necessary to provide a comfortable and refined decor, fully appointed with all the accoutrements that make them feel at home. As an artist and Co-Owner of Executive Locations, Jennifer Lynn brings her beautiful signature look to every Full Decor custom design.

The cost for our corporate rental design service is equal to the actual expenditures, plus 20% decorating fee. Each pricing estimate is customized to the individual property and will include all furniture, lighting, electronics, artwork, kitchenware, fine bedding and bath linens, small appliances and all accessories to finalize the project per the standards of our company. To ensure placement on the interior design calendar Executive Locations requires an executed Property Management contract, as well as payment in advance of the estimated cost plus one-half of the design fee.

In order to retain the integrity of our calendar schedules, Owners are not allowed on premises until the decorating phase is complete and the unit has been fully turned over to Management for marketing. Although Executive Locations makes every attempt to complete your property within the original timeframe, extensions are sometimes necessary to properly finalize the project, handle maintenance issues, etc. Upon completion you will receive all receipts for expenditures, along with our itemized spreadsheet and an invoice for the remaining one-half of our decorating fee.

If your property is located within a highrise community, such as the Streamline Tower in Downtown Las Vegas, you may choose from the variety of concepts created for your specific floorplan. Custom designed by Jennifer Lynn, Portfolio Designs are miles apart from the typical offerings of corporate rental complexes throughout the world!

Consultations for Previously Furnished properties…
Occasionally we accept referrals and properties purchased outside our program. If you wish to offer us unit which is already furnished or one you plan to furnish yourself, a Consultation Appointment is required to make certain our standards will be met. Should Executive Locations choose to accept your unit for our program, you may very well be required to make changes or additions to your current set up. Our Consultation Appointment is personally dedicated to assuring your home is taken to the level of its highest use and demand. As well as including advice on adjusting or restructuring your decor, we may provide names & locations of key vendors who provide good value for your investment dollars. Executive Locations does not provide “lists” of inventory items.
