| The establishment of Executive Locations LLC was the culmination of a concept formulated in 1993 by Cherrell Tarantino. Starting from her home she realized a niche that had yet to be tapped in the residential housing field. Her idea of the fully furnished, privately owned corporate accommodation quickly took off in the busy Las Vegas market. She has developed a loyal clientele and built a solid reputation within the Las Vegas real estate, executive, and celebrity communities. Cherrell's "corporates" increased in number by 250% over the past 5 years. Future plans include expansion of Executive Locations across the United States and into the global community as well. |

Cherrell started the company as a single mother, coming from a strong background in construction and business management. She earned her Realtor and Property Manager's licenses while fine-tuning the unique policies and procedures that would define the future of corporate housing in Las Vegas. Cherrell's children, Jennifer and Anthony, grew up working alongside their mother and as teenagers they began to absorb the work ethic and customer service necessary for its success. After graduating from UNLV, Jennifer married Eric Lynn and they made the decision as a couple to re-join Cherrell and Anthony, creating Executive Locations LLC.
